GPM8F3732B

The GPM8F3732B is a highly integrated microcontroller with a 1T pipelined 8051 CPU, 2.5K bytes of XRAM, 256 bytes of IDM SRAM and 32K bytes of programmable Flash. It includes up to 43 programmable multifunction I/Os, Timer0/1/A/B/C, UART0, SPI (master/slave mode), I2C (master/slave mode), 4 COM x 32 SEG LCD driver, up to 60S RTC, 48MHz PLL, 16-bit x 16-bit multiplier, 32-bit/16-bit divider, 16-channel general purpose capacitive touch sensor and general purpose 12-bit ADC. The microcontroller has a wide operating voltage range and operates from 2.4V to 5.5V from different clock sources. In the power management unit, the microcontroller has 3 modes. In addition, the microcontroller also has a 2-wire on-chip debug circuit that enables full-speed in-circuit debugging. The details are described in the following sections.

The GPM8F3716B is a highly integrated microcontroller with a 1T pipelined 8051 CPU, 2K bytes of XRAM, 256 bytes of IDM SRAM and 16k bytes of programmable Flash. It includes 25 programmable multifunction I/O, Timer0/1/2, UART0, SPI (main mode), I2c, ADC, and general purpose capacitive touch sensors. The microcontroller has a wide operating voltage range and a wide operating temperature range. The operating voltage range is 2.0V to 5.5V and the operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C. In the power management unit, the microcontroller has two power saving modes. In addition, the microcontroller also has a 2-wire on-chip
